Tips for pulling up the webcam:

• It can take 1-2 minutes for the picture to come up, depending on your internet connection speed (not recommended for Dial up Connection)
• If after 2 minutes the picture has not come up - Click Refresh
• If it still doesn't work, you can try reducing your security settings

If the above tips to not work, your computer or internet connection may not be compatible with our video software.
